ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
We currently ship to the United States.

• Standard Shipping — $4.99 (orders under $50)
• Free Shipping — orders $50 and over

Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@goldshilajitco.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner promptly.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gold Shilajit Co. is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@goldshilajitco.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
